Growth and Marketing Systems Lead
We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Systems Lead at Upshift to help us reshape a $150B industry - one shift at a time.
This isn’t a role for a "manager" - what we really need is a BUILDER.
Someone who loves the "how" behind growth and gets a kick out of fixing messy systems.
You’ll own:
The Growth engine: Full lifecycle automation in Customer.io & performance ops (ads, pixels, forms).
The Infrastructure: Landing page speed, email deliverability, and fixing broken automations.
The Bridge: Connecting Marketing with Engineering to ensure we actually ship
The Vibe: Move fast, no fluff. You diagnose, you decide, you ship.
You’ll work on things like:
- Lifecycle marketing (Customer.io, flows, triggers, segments)
- Performance marketing coordination (ads, landing pages, pixels, forms, flows)
- Landing pages and website updates (page speed, plugins)
- Email infrastructure and deliverability
- Fixing broken automations
- Connecting marketing with engineering so things actually ship
