Tech Lead (AI/CRM) Relocation to Cyprus

We are looking for a highly skilled specialist at the intersection of management, development and product logic for an international IT project. We need someone who can take charge of product development, manage a team and build a CRM system using modern technologies, including AI/ML.
 

Responsibilities:

• Managing the development team (developers, analysts)
• Full cycle of CRM system launch and development
• Designing product architecture and logic
• Setting tasks and monitoring their completion
• Managing the project from both a technical and product perspective
• Participating in the implementation of machine learning and AI-based solutions
• Optimising processes and improving team efficiency
• Liaising with the business side and participating in decision-making
   

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in team management (Team Lead / Tech Lead / Head)
• Experience in developing CRM systems or complex B2B products from scratch, involving large volumes of structured data (registers, complex filtering, reporting) Proficiency in Python 
• Understanding of machine learning and AI principles (practical experience would be an advantage)
• Experience working with complex system architecture
• English level — B2+
• Ability to independently lead a project and make decisions
   

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with product analytics or scoring
• Experience in FinTech / high-load systems
• Experience launching products from scratch
