• Support the execution of a full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness → acquisition → revenue)
• Help build, support, and optimize multi-channel acquisition activities (SEO, AEO, LinkedIn, paid, content)
• Support outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B growth
• Contribute to the development and execution of content strategy (website, LinkedIn, Youtube, thought leadership)
• Apply AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing workflows
• Assist in building and distributing case studies, articles, and thought leadership content
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO and AEO
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support outreach and guest posting / PR activities
• Test new ideas and channels to improve organic and paid acquisition

Key skills, we are looking for:

• Data-driven thinking (basic analytics, campaign performance tracking)
• Content & distribution mindset (not just writing, but getting visibility)
• AI tools usage (for content creation, research, and productivity)
• Experimentation mindset (testing channels, formats, messages)
• Understanding of conversion and user intent
• Basic marketing automation / Marketing tools familiarity

Would be a plus:

• Experience in B2B sales or close collaboration with sales teams
• Familiarity with tools like GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, HubSpot
• Experience with email marketing or lead nurturing campaigns
• Background in IT services, SaaS, or software development
