Community Manager $ Offline

Hi guys! We are The WhyKingz, an IT company committed to growth and innovation. As we expand our team, we’re on the lookout for an Community Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Player chats  moderation, support and conflict monitoring — keeping the toxic talk to a minimum.
• Content creation and engagement to educate or activate the community to take action.
• User engagement —  keep players in chats, sending them updates and marketing news, motivate users to play and pay on product.
• Grow and engage the community across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Instagram.
• Develop and share daily chat starters, prompts, and interactive content to keep communities active.
• Run mini-events, giveaways, and promotions to increase community retention and reach.
• Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment, and report key insights to the product team.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience growing and managing successful Discord or Telegram communities.
• Excellent written communication skills with a sharp, witty, and brand-consistent tone.
• Fluent English B1+.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, memes and IGaming community norms.
• Strong instincts for moderation, engagement, and conversation starters.
• Comfortable using AI to boost productivity and spark content ideas.
• Prior experience in the iGaming sector.
• Ability to create visual content such as memes, GIFs, or short-form videos.
• Experience using community automation tools and moderation bots.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tensions in real-time.
