About the role

We are building a high-volume social media operation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Telegram.
The goal is simple: drive traffic, not just grow followers.

You will manage multiple accounts, coordinate content production, and ensure consistent posting and performance growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple social media accounts (10–30+)
• Build and maintain content calendars
• Research trends, viral formats, and hooks daily
• Coordinate content creator and influencer manager
• Ensure posting consistency across platforms
• Track performance and optimize based on results

• Work with traffic funnels (Telegram, landing pages)

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of SMM experience in online gambling 
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels algorithms
• Experience working with traffic-focused content (not branding)
• English — Intermediate+

Will be a plus

• Experience with Telegram/Discord funnels
• Experience in affiliate marketing setups
• Understanding of US/EU compliance specifics
