Booking Dispatcher (DAT/Sylectus | Expedite 10–28 ft Trucks)

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Booking Dispatcher to work with expedite trucks (10–28 ft).

Locations: Kyiv / Lviv / Cherkasy
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience as a dispatcher
• English Intermediate (B1) or higher
• Confident PC user
•Able to provide superior, timely customer service
•Must have a «sense of urgency» attitude
•Result-oriented and works in a team well

Main responsibilities:
• Searching for loads and dispatching drivers
• Planning routes, delivery schedules, and coordinating operations
• Communicating with customers and drivers
• Working with related documentation
