Cowchain is a Web3 development company behind PixelVerse, StepApp, RetroBridge, Hybrid, Tenet, and 150+ other blockchain products with $180M+ combined market cap. We're a team of 50+ people—mostly based in Ukraine, some across Europe, fully remote. We build across DeFi, GameFi, neobanking, cross-chain bridges, AI agents, NFT platforms, and Telegram mini-apps.

About the role
We're not looking for someone who knows everything about crypto. We're looking for someone who knows how to sell services through content.
Cowchain is a development agency—we sell expertise, not tokens. Our content needs to attract founders, CTOs, and product leads who are looking for a reliable engineering partner. That's a B2B game, and we need someone who gets it.
You'll be joining our Business & Growth department with a clear mission: grow Cowchain's brand, build personal brands for our C-level executives, and turn content into a lead generation engine. You'll get a strategic direction and a lot of freedom—how you get there is up to you.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow Cowchain's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, and Medium 
• Create content that drives engagement and generates inbound leads—not just likes 
• Ghostwrite for our CEO, CTO, and COO to build their personal brands as industry voices 
• Develop content strategies and frameworks that position Cowchain as a go-to partner for Web3 development 
• Research trends obsessively—know what hooks, formats, and angles are working right now 

• Use AI tools to speed up your workflow—but never publish anything that reads like a prompt output

   

What we're looking for

• Experience in SMM/content marketing for B2B services—agencies, consulting, SaaS, or professional services 
• Track record of building personal brands for founders, entrepreneurs, or public figures 
• Understanding of how to promote services (not products) through content 
• English at C1/C2 level—all content is in English 
• Strong feel for what makes content viral: hooks, structure, timing, platform mechanics 
• Proven results on LinkedIn and/or Twitter—not theory, show us what worked 
• You don't wait for briefs—you take a direction and run with it 

• You notice when something's not performing and fix it before anyone asks

   

Nice to have

• Experience with IT or tech companies (agencies, outsource, product studios) 
• Portfolio with engagement metrics—we want to see the numbers, not just the posts 

• Basic curiosity about blockchain and Web3 (we'll handle the industry onboarding ourselves)

   

What will NOT be a fit

• Experience only in crypto-native SMM (drops, bridges, tokens, memecoins) without understanding B2B lead generation 
• "I've been in crypto for years" but no experience promoting services 

• Treating SMM as community management for a Web3 project—that's not this role
