Your Mission

Drive new merchant acquisition and grow SolveX’s commercial presence across Asia, CIS, and LATAM. You’ll own the entire sales cycle and directly influence our monthly volumes and regional growth.

What You Will Do

• Daily lead generation and active pipeline building across assigned regions (Asia / CIS / LATAM)

We are looking for a Trainee/Junior Frontend Developer with basic TypeScript and Angular skills to help build and maintain web applications in the Open Banking domain.

You will work under guidance of senior engineers and learn modern frontend and financial APIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement UI components in Angular (v12+, v20+) using TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS.
- Maintain and improve existing frontend features (bug fixes, small enhancements).
- Consume REST/JSON APIs, including Open Banking / PSD2-related endpoints.
- Write simple unit tests and participate in code reviews.
- Follow coding standards, security and privacy guidelines relevant to financial data.
- Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and product team using agile practices.
- Produce basic technical documentation (component usage, API integration notes).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern ES features.
- Familiarity with Angular (components, modules, services, routing).
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive design basics.
- Ability to work with REST APIs (HTTP methods, status codes, JSON).
- Fundamental understanding of Git and branching workflows.
- Strong willingness to learn financial APIs, security concepts, and Open Banking standards.

About the Role

PMO Lead Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, delivery strategy, and long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to define strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organization.
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor delivery performance using key metrics, dashboards, and analytics to drive predictability, continuous improvement, and informed decision-making.
• Ensure effective communication, alignment, and reporting between project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership, reducing silos and improving transparency.

• Proven experience leading PMs or Delivery teams.
• Extensive project management experience across various methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and contract models (fixed price, time&material, dedicated teams).
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and resource planning.
• Hands-on experience with project crisis management.
• Demonstrated success in meeting delivery KPIs, improving delivery performance, and driving measurable company-wide impact.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to collaborate across departments and with C-level stakeholders;
• Strategic mindset and ability to balance operational detail with high-level vision.
