Our client is MilTech startup building an on-premises platform for automated annotation of UAV video and training computer vision models for autonomous flight.

We have a strategic partnership with one of the largest Ukrainian UAV manufacturers and access to what is likely the largest privately owned UAV video dataset in the world.

The company is at a very early stage — the funding is secured, the technical vision exists, and the data is available. Our focus now is building the core engineering team to turn this platform into reality.

The Role

We are looking for a Lead Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer to join as a founding member of the engineering team.

This role is highly hands-on and strategic. You will define the ML architecture, select the tools and frameworks, and build the machine learning pipeline from the ground up. As the platform grows, you will also build and lead a team of ML engineers.

While the high-level technical direction is defined — including petabyte-scale video processing, active learning pipelines, and edge deployment on NVIDIA Jetson devices — the implementation details will be driven by your expertise and technical judgement.

Responsibilities ML Architecture & Technical Direction

• Design and implement the end-to-end ML pipeline, from raw video ingestion to model deployment on UAV hardware
• Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks and infrastructure tools
• Build systems for experiment tracking, model versioning, and reproducible training
• Establish the training infrastructure and ML development workflow

Data Pipeline & Curation

• Optimize models for real-time inference on NVIDIA Jetson hardware
• Implement model optimization techniques including:

• Design the model delivery pipeline from training registry to deployed UAV systems

Team Building

• Hire and mentor ML engineers as the team grows
• Establish engineering practices including:

RequirementsMust Have

• 5+ years of experience in computer vision and deep learning, including production deployments
• Strong proficiency with PyTorch, including distributed training
• Experience building object detection and tracking pipelines (YOLO, RT-DETR, Detectron2, or similar)
• Experience optimizing models for edge or mobile deployment (TensorRT, ONNX, SNPE, or similar)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer, who will work closely with our portfolio companies to hire the best talents for their team.

What you will do:

• you'll be responsible for sourcing talents to our portfolio companies;
• searching for non-tech and tech roles;
• build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms;
• leverage the CRM/talent pools to engage with passive talent and convert them into candidates;
• prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with the hiring manager.
   

About you:

• you have 6 months of experience in sourcing;
• practical knowledge of active sourcing tools and techniques, experience finding candidates directly using a variety of different sources;
• understanding of different types of companies, and how they operate;
• experience in recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc) will be a plus;
• excellent communication skills in English - at least upper-intermediate.

This requires a level of precision that most "standard" apps don't need. We are looking for a QA intern who is ready to take full ownership of quality from day one.
 

Who We Are Looking For

We don’t care about your certificates or how many hours of YouTube tutorials you’ve watched. We care about your brain. We need someone who can break things, find patterns in chaos, and communicate clearly.
 

This is for you if:

• You are a "natural" bug hunter. You notice typos, broken layouts, and logical flaws everywhere you go.
• You understand that QA is not just "clicking buttons," but protecting the user experience.
• You are ready to work in a high-speed startup environment where things change daily.
• You want real experience on a production-ready AI product, not a "todo list" homework project.
   

Requirements (Non-negotiable):

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. You must be able to write clear, professional bug reports and documentation in English.
• Strong Foundation: You know the difference between Severity and Priority, you understand BVA and Equivalence Partitioning, and you know how to use Chrome DevTools.
• Attention to Detail.
• Self-Starter: We will mentor you, but we won't babysit you. You must be able to Google the "how-to" and come to us with solutions, not just problems.
   

What You’ll Do:

• Perform functional, regression, and UI/UX testing for the Entie app.
• Create and maintain clear, concise bug reports and test cases.
• Collaborate directly with the development team to ensure fixes are implemented correctly.
• Participate in product discussions to improve logic and user flow.

• Duration: 3 months.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship.
