Amplify is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market and acquisition end to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who owns the strategy and lives in the ad accounts – positioning, channels, and the numbers.

You'll work directly with the leadership team to shape how Amplify wins against the rest of the Shopify ecosystem. On a small team, you'll own marketing end to end – this is for someone who wants that accountability and the autonomy that comes with it. As we grow, there's room to build and lead a team.

Key responsibilities

• Own Amplify's go-to-market strategy – positioning, messaging, and how we win merchants
• Plan, build, and optimize paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Shopify App Store – you name it
• Own the growth funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, and the metrics that matter (CAC, ROAS, etc)

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with real ownership of acquisition and GTM
• A track record of driving measurable growth – you can point to numbers you moved
• Hands-on expertise running paid acquisition (Google, Meta, and similar channels)
• Strong grasp of positioning and messaging
• Comfortable owning metrics and making decisions from data
• Self-directed and accountable: you thrive owning outcomes on a small team
• Experience marketing to Shopify merchants, DTC brands, or the e-commerce ecosystem is a strong plus

What Success Looks Like in Year One

• You demonstrate a strong understanding of the AWS services and infrastructure components monitored across customer environments, including customer-specific dependencies, alerting logic, and operational context. Summary
We're a creative team looking for a Meta ads specialist to set up and run our ad accounts on an ongoing basis. You would build the campaigns, monitor performance, run tests, and make adjustments over time to keep results improving. We handle all of the visuals and messaging in-house, so you would focus purely on the ads side: setup, targeting, testing, optimization, and reporting.

This is an ongoing, per-account relationship rather than a one-off project. We run several accounts and add more over time, so there is steady, recurring work for the right person.

Responsibilities
 

Video Content strategy & systems: Own Dripify’s YouTube and video content strategy and execution roadmap aligned with marketing and product goals. Build a scalable video content operating system: script briefs, production workflows, QA, planning cadence, and SOPs.

YouTube (brand awareness + lead gen): Manage YouTube as a growth channel: define pillars, formats, series, and production workflow. Own YouTube performance: packaging (titles/thumbnails), retention, watch time, CTR, and conversion into lead capture. Orchestrate the end-to-end video content creation process, balancing hands-on execution with the effective management of external agencies and vendors.

Webinars (lead generation engine): Launch and scale lead-gen webinars: topic selection, speaker strategy, landing pages, promotion, attendance, follow-up, sales handoff. Build repeatable webinar-to-content repurposing pipelines (clips, YouTube Shorts, and video assets for email/sales).

Inbound lead generation flow: Architect and optimize video-content-driven inbound journeys: video → LP → capture → nurture → MQL/SQL. Drive CTA strategy within videos and webinars to maximize conversion rates.

Team management & cross-functional collaboration: Manage and scale external agencies and vendors (video editors, designers, motion/video creators). Ensure brand voice, messaging, and tone are consistent, differentiated, and high-quality across all video and visual touchpoints. Collaborate with Sales to create and improve video-based sales enablement content (e.g., video case studies, product walkthroughs). Work with Product to translate features into clear, compelling messaging across video and webinar channels.

Analytics & optimization: Build dashboards to track YouTube and video content performance and make data-driven decisions (double down vs deprioritize). Run video content experiments: hypothesis → test → learn → scale.
 

Would be a plus
 

• Experience producing or directing live-action videos (shoot planning, on-camera direction, scripting for real people).
• Experience partnering with influencers/ambassadors/industry spokespeople for co-created content.
• Experience building automation workflows in Make.com, n8n, etc. Hands-on experience building AI-assisted content systems (LLMs, AI writing tools, AI research workflows) that increase output without sacrificing quality, brand voice, or factual accuracy.
• Experience working with HubSpot, GA4, Similarweb, Ahrefs, SpyFu, TubeBuddy, or vidIQ (or equivalents). Strong interest in sales, growth, entrepreneurship, and creator-style content.

ML Engineer / MLOps Engineer

• Проєктувати та впроваджувати системи керування датасетами та лейблами, включаючи versioning та інтеграцію customer feedback.
• Розвивати Model Registry з підтримкою версіонування, model lineage та локального inference.
• Впроваджувати рішення для Experiment Tracking та Monitoring (ML та Generative AI), включаючи оцінку моделей, виявлення data drift та забезпечення відтворюваності експериментів.

Search is splitting in two: classic Google and answers inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants. We build the platform that helps enterprise SEO teams win in both. Now we need someone to do the same for our own brand.

The role

You'll own content at JetOctopus end to end. Not "write what you're told," but set the strategy, plan it, ship it, and answer for whether it moves the business.
 

Your main mission right now: maximum visibility for our site in both classic search and LLM answers. That means content written for how these systems find and cite sources, plus a presence beyond our own domain — Reddit, YouTube, third-party publications. You won't do all of that with your own hands; colleagues and freelancers will help in those channels. But the strategy that ties it together is yours.
 

The content itself is technical. We write about SEO for people who do SEO for a living, so you need to genuinely understand the field, not just the keywords.
 

What you'll actually do

• Set and own the content strategy, measured in business results
• Write for the blog, landing pages, and email newsletters (external writers can carry volume; the voice and the bar are yours)
• Run our LinkedIn & X: posts, community, brand
• Orchestrate off-site visibility: Reddit, YouTube, third-party sources
• Experiment on platforms that are new to us — today we're on LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, but there's a lot of ground we haven't touched yet
• Create content for decks, presentations, and case studies, and brief the designer on new pages
   

You're probably a fit if you have

• 5+ years in content, ideally in B2B SaaS or product IT
• Real SEO expertise and experience writing content that ranks — and, ideally, gets cited by LLMs
• A portfolio with numbers behind it: traffic, engagement, conversions
• Fluency in B2B SaaS metrics and content-led funnels
• Advanced (C1+) English
• The self-organization to carry a piece from concept to release without being chased
