We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI;
- Review existing reporting solutions, identify limitations, and propose improvements;
- Build and automate reporting for business planning, budgeting, and P&L together with Finance and business stakeholders;
- Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions;
- Create dashboards and reports for tracking key business and product metrics;
- Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work;
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards;
- Investigate reporting issues and discrepancies and help identify solutions;
- Own tasks end to end: from understanding the business request to delivering the final result.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI;
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries;
- Ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions;
- Experience working with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results;
- Strong analytical and system thinking;
- Proactivity, ownership, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently with tasks where there is no ready-made solution or detailed instruction;
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with business planning, budgeting, P&L, or financial models;
- Experience working closely with Finance teams.
