Personnel Officer (Administration / Payroll)
Project Description:
Responsible for personnel administration, employment documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation throughout the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, changes in employment conditions, and terminations.
• Prepare, maintain, and archive employment documentation in compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.
• Manage employee leave and absence records.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and personnel files.
• Support working time administration and provide HR data for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, certificates, and employment-related documents.
• Support internal and external audits related to personnel administration.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR administrative matters.Mandatory Skills Description:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, personnel records management, or a related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR administration processes.
• Experience in employee lifecycle administration (hiring, transfers, changes, terminations).
• Knowledge of personnel documentation management and record-keeping requirements.
• Experience working with HRIS and personnel administration systems.
• Understanding of working time and leave administration processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Familiarity with document management and electronic document workflow systems.

• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting organizational transformations, employee transitions, or large-scale HR projects.
• Experience working with electronic document management and digital signature systems (e.g., Vchasno, DocStorage, HR document workflow platforms).- Languages:
