Job Description

As a Senior Product Analyst at Wix, you’ll play a key role in solving complex problems at scale and using data and research to validate ideas. You’ll find insights, provide recommendations, and drive our product forward. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Explore data, plan, conduct and interpret the results of A/B tests
• Own the monitoring and reporting of the company, team, and product’s main KPIs and success metrics
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics while ensuring data integrity
• Present vital insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Experienced data, product, or web analyst with proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
• Skilled at translating business/technical needs into data models and creating impactful analyses

We are looking for a PSP & Anti-Fraud Manager Crypto to join our growing Crypto Casino project.

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our iGaming platform from fraud and financial abuse within a cryptocurrency environment. You will identify and prevent bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage schemes, and potential crypto laundering activities while ensuring operational stability and risk control.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze bonus activity to detect and reduce abuse
• Identify vulnerabilities in bonus mechanics and game logic
• Review and analyze withdrawal requests for fraudulent patterns
• Conduct AML checks, including cryptocurrency transaction analysis
• Perform KYC verification and document validation
• Monitor and investigate suspicious crypto transactions
• Analyze transaction chains using blockchain tools
• Detect and prevent multi-accounting and bonus abuse schemes
• Collaborate with payment providers and crypto platforms on suspicious cases
• Propose improvements to loyalty and bonus programs based on fraud patterns
• Monitor high-risk areas on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Work with game providers to eliminate vulnerabilities
• Support internal teams (Support, Risk, Product) on fraud-related matters
• Ensure compliance and operational security within crypto-related processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in Anti-Fraud, KYC/AML within:
  • Crypto casino
  • Online casino (fiat)
  • Fintech
  • Crypto exchange / payment platforms
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals:
  • Wallets
  • Blockchain transactions
  • Networks
  • Mixers and privacy tools
• Experience analyzing bonus mechanics and wagering systems
• Understanding of gambling mechanics (bonuses, wagering, limits, providers)
• Experience working with transaction monitoring tools
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work independently and make risk-based decisions
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• English sufficient for documentation and communication with partners

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs)
• Experience writing simple scripts or queries for automation
• Knowledge of Web3 wallets and DeFi protocols
• Experience building risk-scoring or fraud-prevention frameworks
