Payment Manager

We’re looking for a Payment Manager to help the company expand into new geographical regions. In this role, you will own the expansion of our payment infrastructure into new geographies - sourcing and onboarding local providers, building reliable payment flows from scratch, and making new markets operational for the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand payment methods across markets. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with local providers and international banks.
- Data Analysis: Analyze payment data across markets to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve performance and coverage.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine payment workflows for new markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to align payment capabilities with business needs in each new market.
- Reporting: Track payment flows, flag issues, and deliver clear, actionable reporting on new market performance to stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in payments teams in B2C subscription-based products;
- Ability to decompose, analyze, and interpret large datasets;
- High proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools, etc.;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
Nice to have:
- Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of financial industry standards, particularly related to payment processing and e-commerce.
