Application Security Engineer

We are looking for an Application Security Engineer to join our team!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Application Security, Product Security or Offensive Security experience;
• Strong understanding of common vulnerability classes, their root cause and remediation processes;
• Knowledge of Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts;
• Experience with at least one SAST/DAST/SCA solution;
• Experience performing manual security testing;

• Track security findings and ensure timely remediation.

   

  Will be plus:

• Experience in offensive security/penetration tests SAST/DAST/SCA tooling;
• Configuring CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with opensource security tools;

• Experience with LLMs and integrating them into workflows.

   

  Soft Skills:

• Transparency and not being afraid to ask;
• Being proactive and not reactive;
• Understanding of engineering tasks from a business perspective;

• Task and priority management.
   

  Responsibilities:

• Perform application security assessments and code reviews;
• Conduct threat modeling during architecture and design phases;
• Support development teams in remediation of security issues;
• Validate vulnerabilities and conduct vulnerability triages;
• Work closely with developers and DevSecOps engineers.
