  What You Will Do:

   

• Work closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Develop detailed, accurate project estimates, including scope, budget, and timelines.
• Recommend the best materials and products for specific project needs (window repairs, glass installation, interior design, etc.).
• Maintain and update pricing databases for labor, materials, and equipment.

• Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications to provide comprehensive

  quotes.

• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and availability.

• Assist the Sales team with client presentations by providing technical insights and

  cost evaluations.

• Monitor and improve the accuracy and eQiciency of estimation processes.

• Prepare reports and documentation to support contract negotiations and project

  execution.

   

  Skills You Need:
  
  Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in the glass, windows, or interior design industries.

• Minimum 1 year in glazing, construction, or the window/door industry (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of industry-specific terminology (e.g., tempered glass, curtain

  walls, U-factor in glazing).

• Analytical and mathematical skills for precise cost estimation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, or project management tools.

• Strong communication skills, especially for remote work.

  Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of US building codes and standards.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis and gather requirements from internal teams
• Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities in business processes
• Build workflow diagrams using BPMN, UML, ERD (a plus)
• Write documentation for both technical and non-technical project stakeholders
• Design and implement automation workflows and integrations
• Work with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to build: сustom AI agents, automations for text generation, classification, data structuring, systems for data analysis, decision-making, validations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with automation platforms: Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate (or similar tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Activepieces, Parabola.io, Tray.io, Pipedream, Workato)
• 2+ years of Python development experience
• Proven experience working with Telegram API: Development and support of Telegram bots, working with chats, webhooks, message handling, and user authentication
• Strong understanding of REST API, webhooks, OAuth2
• Experience in data scraping from websites and external sources
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other database technologies
• Experience integrating and using AI models and APIs: OpenAI (GPT), Claude, Mistral, etc. Use cases: content generation, classification, validation, etc.
