Jobs at Djinni

ChargerSystem builds a CPMS — a management platform for EV charging infrastructure. Our clients are charging network operators in Ukraine and abroad. The platform covers charging operations, billing, payments, station management, integrations, mobile applications, and operational tooling.

We are expanding our Web Services Development Team and looking for a Software Engineer with hands-on experience in building AI-powered tools and help evolve the ChargerSystem platform.

The role

You will become part of the Web Services Development Team. Your primary focus will be developing and improving AI-powered tools, agents, and integrations built around ChargerSystem MCP.

This is a product engineering role: you will work within an established release process, contribute to platform development, and deliver production-ready functionality together with the team.

What you’ll own

AI-powered tools and agents

• Develop and maintain ChargerSystem MCP tools and AI-powered workflows;

• Build AI agents, tool-calling scenarios, and internal automations;

• Integrate LLMs with ChargerSystem services in a secure, reliable, and observable way;

• Improve agent context handling, structured outputs, retrieval/RAG scenarios, and user experience;

• Turn operational needs into practical AI features that can be safely used by internal teams.

Engineering process

• Participate in prioritization, code reviews, testing, and releases;

• Work within the team’s established release and quality processes;

• Investigate issues in production and contribute to reliability and observability improvements;

• Take part in the ongoing technical evolution of the ChargerSystem platform.

Technology stack

• TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS;

• MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch;

• NATS, WebSocket / Socket.IO, BullMQ;

• AWS: Cognito, S3, SES, SQS;

• Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD, AWS ECR / CodeBuild;

• Jest and Node.js test runner for unit and integration tests;

• Git, code review, CI/CD, and established release workflows.

What we’re looking for

Required

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript;

• Strong experience with NestJS, REST APIs, integrations, and asynchronous processing;

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, MCP, RAG, vector databases, or related AI integration solutions;

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure API design;

• Experience with unit and integration testing;

• Ability to work independently while following established engineering and release processes;

• Strong ownership: you deliver working solutions, not only prototypes or technical proposals.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and AWS;

• Experience in EV charging, OCPP, OCPI, IoT.

What you get

• A core role in a product team building AI capabilities for a real operational platform;

• Direct influence on how AI tools and agents are used across ChargerSystem;

• Established engineering processes, release workflows, and clear service ownership;

• Close collaboration with engineering and operations teams, CTO and CEO.

• The opportunity to work on EV infrastructure — a growing domain in Ukraine and international markets;

• Market compensation.

The ideal candidate combines deep software engineering expertise with hands-on experience integrating complex financial systems, including core banking/processing platforms, digital banking solutions, loan origination systems, and CRM platforms.

JetSoftPro is looking for an experienced Senior Data Integration Engineer to join a project for a US-based fintech company working with credit unions and financial institutions.
Position Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including integration work in financial services, banking, or fintech environments
• Strong command of modern integration technologies: REST APIs, authentication protocols, and data extraction
• Expert-level SQL, understanding of data warehousing
• Azure Fabric Data Warehouse is a plus
• Experience working directly with clients or external technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with AI tools, understanding AI-native software development process
• Bachelor's degree

• Responsibilities:
  Own the full lifecycle of client data integrations, from discovery and scoping through implementation, automation, and ongoing operation
• Design and build integrations with credit union technology systems, including core processing, digital banking, loan origination, and CRM platforms
• Partner with client technical teams and third-party vendors to establish access, define data contracts, and establish new connections
• Own integration reliability, including monitoring, alerting, and issue resolution
• Handle sensitive financial data in line with security and compliance standards, including encryption, access controls, and auditability
• Maintain documentation and repeatable patterns so each new integration builds on the last
• Evaluate build, buy, and partner options for each integration and recommend an approach
• Contribute improvements to the broader agentic platform beyond integration-specific work, including serving as a key stakeholder on source-system data, contributing to field definitions, mappings, and domain context
• Actively contribute to the development and maintenance company-wide data warehouse

We're looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our flagship B2C AI product and take ownership of one of the most business-critical parts of the user journey — the path from landing page through quiz to paywall, checkout and upsell.

You'll work hands-on with web funnels for paid traffic: landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, checkout, upsells and everything in between. The product operates at scale, so design here isn't just about making screens look better — it's about testing ideas, understanding user behavior and finding solutions that move conversion and revenue.

You'll partner closely with Growth, User Acquisition, Product, Analytics and Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on web funnels - landing pages, quiz screens, and paywalls - built around specific hypotheses and A/B tests.
• Build reusable visual components for our internal funnel builder (quiz screens, paywall blocks, etc.) so the team can assemble new funnels quickly, consistently, and systematically.
• Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond pure growth work.
• Partner closely with Growth, Acquisition, and Product - pick up hypotheses, turn them around quickly and accurately, and keep status visible to the team.
• Own and maintain the design system and Figma hygiene - clean file structure, component consistency, and tracking of hypotheses and versions.
• Join syncs on key metrics, understand funnel performance, and let data - not just taste - drive design decisions.

What we look for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Growth Designer, Product Designer, or Web Designer, with a strong track record in web funnels and performance design.
• Strong understanding of web funnels and their business logic.
• Professional-level Figma - components, auto-layout, design systems, clean file organization.
• Solid analytical skills and comfort working with key metrics; understanding of conversion and funnel performance, with the ability to connect design decisions to results (deep analytics background not required - data-driven thinking is).
• Ability to quickly dive into complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• High level of autonomy and accountability.
• Creativity and ability to generate unconventional, bold hypotheses and fresh design directions, not just "safe" ones.
• Design expertise that goes beyond execution - developing alternative concepts and pushing back with arguments when a decision breaks the user flow.
• Strong results orientation and a focus on solutions rather than problems.
• English proficiency - B1 or higher.

Nice to have:

• motion/micro-animation skills, performance ad-creative experience, background in subscription or AI products.

What matters to this role:

• Proactivity and initiative - come with proposals rather than waiting for a spec; if you see a problem, bring a solution; follow through on what you commit to.
• Attention to detail - precision (text, elements, states) is part of what we mean by seniority.
• Communication and responsiveness - stay reachable, keep the team updated on status, and join urgent syncs when needed.
• Structured process - follow agreed workflows, track hypotheses and tasks, document decisions.
• Involvement in metrics and product - engage with growth and product numbers, participate in discussions on what worked, not just the visuals.

We offer:

• Real ownership and measurable impact - your work will directly influence funnel conversion, monetization, and the first-payment experience, with clear visibility into how design decisions perform.
• A strong voice in Growth decisions - you won't be treated as an execution-only designer. You'll have room to challenge ideas, propose alternatives, and shape how hypotheses turn into user experiences.
• A chance to build systems, not just individual screens - contribute to our internal funnel builder and create reusable design patterns that make experimentation faster and more scalable.
• A fast, data-driven environment - work closely with Growth, Acquisition, Product, Analytics, and Development, run frequent experiments, and see the impact of your work quickly.
• Competitive compensation based on your experience, expertise, and impact.
• Access to available AI tools.
• Reimbursement of professional courses and trainings.
• Flexible working hours.
• Professional equipment and access to the necessary programs.
• Paid vacations, sick days, and other benefits.
• Medical insurance.
• A variety of corporate events and team-building activities.

N-iX is looking for a Middle Data Engineer for 6 months' engagement.

You will act as the independent hands-on engineer and the technical owner of data readiness. The role combines pipeline and query engineering with investigation of source, mapping, hierarchy, and validation issues; coordination of market and provider validation cycles; reconciliation of outputs; and delivery of technically ready datasets to downstream consumers.

The Data Engineering team builds and maintains pipelines, while mappings and configurations determine cell/model scope; Snowflake extraction jobs run SQL through Databricks, with Blob Storage, validation, Medallion transformations, Power BI review, and Gold delivery to Ekimetrics. The operating model also requires end-to-end triage across MDFA, CDF, WPP, Data Foundation, Redmill, and market stakeholders rather than treating every discrepancy as a coding defect.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently design, develop, maintain, test, deploy, and optimize ingestion, validation, transformation, aggregation, data-quality, anomaly-detection, and extraction workflows
• Develop and tune Python/PySpark packages, SQL extraction queries, Databricks jobs, ADF pipelines, Delta tables, and source-to-target contracts
• Own technical readiness for new cells and refreshes: clarify filters and expected scope, implement or update queries, review mappings/configuration, reconcile outputs, and confirm readiness for business validation
• Investigate source, NCID, taxonomy, hierarchy, mapping, naming-convention, aggregation, missing-week, outlier, and performance issues across CDF, MDFA/PFME, APIs, manual files, and specific sources
• Coordinate technical validation cycles with Product, CMIA/markets, WPP/MDFA, CDF, other data providers, and Ekimetrics; convert reported discrepancies into actionable owners and technical evidence
• Drive complex incident resolution across pipelines, data contracts, access, service principals, secrets, networking, Power BI refreshes, and downstream delivery
• Review pull requests and test evidence; guide the Junior engineer and delegate scoped engineering/support work without becoming a people manager
• Maintain architecture documentation, interface contracts, repository documentation, runbooks, deployment procedures, and support/escalation guidance

• Recommend practical automation, reliability, performance, and maintainability improvements while respecting platform standards and business-validation ownership.

Must-have technical competencies:

• 5–6 years’ professional engineering experience with independent production ownership
• Strong Python, PySpark, and SQL, including complex transformations, query optimization, reusable packages, debugging, tests, and reconciliation
• Strong ETL/ELT and batch-pipeline engineering across relational warehouses, APIs, object storage, and file-based ingestion
• Experience with a cloud data lake/lakehouse, Medallion patterns, schema/interface contracts, data-quality controls, orchestration, observability, and incident recovery
• Solid Git engineering practices: branching, pull requests, reviews, automated tests, deployment controls, and documentation
• Proven ability to translate business/data requirements into filters, mappings, transformations, validation rules, and operational workflows

• Stakeholder-facing problem solving: explain discrepancies, challenge incomplete requirements, establish technical owners, and drive issues to closure.

Nice-to-have:

• Strong preference for Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Databricks Jobs/API, Delta Lake, Snowflake, Azure Blob Storage/Data Lake, Power BI, GitHub, and Azure Key Vault
• Valuable experience with Pandera or equivalent schema-validation frameworks, Streamlit, Managed Identity/service principals, Azure Communication Services, Managed VNet/Private Endpoints, and Dev/Prod release practices
• Experience with PFME/media data, syndicated sales, marketing hierarchies, MMM inputs, or multi-market data onboarding is preferred but can be learned.

• Provide UX solutions and recommendations to enhance usability and the overall user experience.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices within the healthcare and medical device domains.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on web-based information systems.
• Previous experience designing software solutions for the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
• Strong expertise in user flows, wireframing, mockups, interactive prototyping, and responsive web design.

• Ability to effectively work within cross-functional and Agile teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Understanding of front-end development workflows.

VitaUp is building a category-leading supplements brand across Amazon US & EU.

We compete in one of the most complex and competitive categories on Amazon — health & wellness — alongside brands like NOW, Pure Encapsulations, and Nature Made. We already have proven products, strong unit economics, and an established operational foundation. Our next stage is aggressive scaling.

We are looking for a Head of Amazon Growth — a commercially-minded operator, strategist, and leader who understands how to scale Amazon businesses in highly competitive supplement categories.

This role is closer to running a business unit than managing a marketplace account.

You will own Amazon growth end-to-end: category strategy, product launches, profitability, team leadership, operational scalability, and performance execution across US & EU marketplaces.

We are not looking for a coordinator or task manager. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, moves fast, understands the numbers behind growth, and knows how to build scalable systems and high-performing teams.

What You Will Own

You will be fully accountable for Amazon business performance:

• revenue growth
• profitability
• launch performance
• operational scalability
• market expansion

• category positioning

You will define how products compete, scale, and win within the health & supplements category.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and executing Amazon growth strategy across US & EU marketplaces
• Leading end-to-end product launches from market opportunity analysis to post-launch scaling
• Driving performance through data, experimentation, and operational excellence
• Owning P&L decisions and balancing aggressive growth with profitability
• Identifying new growth levers, category opportunities, and expansion potential
• Building scalable processes and operational infrastructure for long-term growth
• Managing forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination around growth cycles
• Leading and scaling a cross-functional Amazon team across PPC, design, content, analytics, influencer and affiliate functions
• Creating accountability systems, workflows, and performance standards across the team
• Working directly with founders on strategic growth decisions and long-term scaling initiatives

What We Are Looking For

Proven Amazon Scaling Experience

- You have 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience with a strong track record of scaling brands or product portfolios.

- You have personally driven products from launch to significant monthly revenue and can clearly explain:

• what you scaled
• how you scaled it
• which levers created growth

• what challenges you solved

We are looking for operators, not coordinators.

Supplements / Health Category Expertise

You deeply understand:

• dietary supplements
• wellness products
• customer psychology in health categories
• competitive dynamics

• compliance-sensitive product positioning

Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, wellness, sports nutrition, or adjacent regulated categories is highly preferred.

Strong Commercial & Analytical Thinking

You think like a business owner. You understand:

• profitability
• contribution margin
• TACOS / ACOS
• LTV
• inventory economics
• ranking mechanics
• conversion optimization
• launch velocity

• category strategy

You make decisions based on data, not assumptions.

Leadership & Team Management

• You have experience leading and developing cross-functional teams in fast-scaling environments.

• Ideally, you have managed teams of 10+ people across multiple business functions while remaining hands-on and operationally involved.

Ownership Mentality

• You are highly autonomous and proactive.
• You do not wait for instructions.
  You identify problems early, make decisions quickly, and create structure where needed.

We are looking for you!

As we continue to shape the future of AdTech and MarTech with groundbreaking web applications, we're seeking a strong Full-stack Engineer with unparalleled expertise in Java and Angular. The project focus is to extend the existing CAPI (Conversion API) platform by developing additional connectors to advertising and technology platforms. CAPI takes advertiser conversion data from AWS S3, transforms it into the format required by each destination, and sends it through the destination platform’s API for measurement and optimization. The current platform already supports Google and Meta; the project will add Amazon as the highest-priority integration, followed by OpenAI and other destinations. The focus is on extending the existing platform rather than rebuilding the upstream data pipeline.
If you're a seasoned professional, we want you on our team.

Contract type: Gig contract.

• Experience working with external APIs and third-party data providers
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs
• Advanced experience with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL (transactions, locking, idempotency)
• Experience with database performance optimization, indexing, query optimization, and handling large datasets
• Experience with async / batch processing, scheduled jobs, background workers, queues, retries, throttling, and rate-limit handling
• Hands-on experience with job / message queues such as BullMQ, Redis Streams, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS/SNS, or similar
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD processes

• Understanding of trading, fintech, blockchain, or data-intensive financial systems
• Knowledge of Agile development practices, preferably SCRUM
• Proficient understanding of Git

Required Blockchain / Solana / Copy-Trading Experience

• Solid understanding of Solana internals: transactions, instructions, accounts, blocks/slots, commitment levels (processed / confirmed / finalized), blockhash lifetime, and reorg handling
• Hands-on experience with low-latency Solana execution / trading bots — landing transactions competitively (same-slot / “block-0”), priority fees, and MEV-aware submission
• Experience with real-time Solana data streaming: Yellowstone gRPC (Triton Dragon’s Mouth / Helius LaserStream) and/or shred-level feeds such as Jito ShredStream (awareness of DoubleZero Edge a plus)
• Experience with transaction submission & landing infrastructure: Jito (Block Engine / bundles / tips), Helius Sender, SWQoS (stake-weighted QoS), and specialist senders (0slot / Nozomi / bloXroute)
• Experience with blockchain data / RPC providers such as Helius, Triton, QuickNode, Alchemy, or similar, including multi-provider failover and rate-limit handling
• Familiarity with Pump.fun / PumpSwap: bonding-curve mechanics, AMM pricing, and building instructions from an on-chain IDL
• Understanding of trading metrics: entry/exit, market cap, slippage, hit rate, P&L, and per-position / portfolio risk
• Experience with crypto trading platforms, copy-trading systems, DEX / on-chain execution, or wallet automation
• Experience with secure key management at scale (HD wallet derivation, in-memory signing, secrets isolation) and capital-isolation / fail-safe design
• Experience with trading systems, bots, DeFi or high-throughput financial systems strongly preferred.

Would Be Great

• Experience writing performance-critical services in Rust (a native signing / execution hot-path is on the roadmap)
• Experience running leader-proximate bare-metal / colocation (Frankfurt / Amsterdam) and host/network tuning for latency
• Experience with Jito bundles, durable nonces, and transaction idempotency / reconciliation against chain
• Experience integrating CEX withdrawal APIs (Binance / MEXC / KuCoin) for programmatic funding
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or similar
• Experience designing systems with fallback providers, retry logic, throttling, circuit breakers, and API-usage monitoring
• Experience building HFT / MEV / market-making or other latency-sensitive financial systems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features for ARES, a private copy-trading bot for the Pump.fun / Solana ecosystem
• Design and implement the block-0 execution engine: real-time target detection, pre-trade gating, and same-slot buy submission across multiple routes
• Integrate low-latency detection (Yellowstone gRPC / Jito ShredStream) and submission (Helius Sender / Jito bundles / SWQoS / specialist senders) with multi-provider failover
• Build the wallet lifecycle & custody layer: provisioning isolated child-wallet pairs per task, funding, profit skimming, and drain-to-vault — under strict capital isolation
• Implement position & exit management (rule-driven take-profit, sell-after-inactivity, chase-sells) and the per-task kill-switch / risk protection
• Implement idempotency, durable intent, and crash / reorg reconciliation so no trade is ever double-executed at scale
• Build the operator dashboard (React): copy-task configuration, live task & health monitoring, controls (pause / resume / kill), and global safety limits
• Construct Pump.fun bonding-curve buys from the live IDL, with graduation gating and pre-trade safety checks
• Design controlled concurrency, batching, throttling, retries, and rate-limit handling to sustain 1,000+ tasks / ~2,000+ wallets
• Optimize the detect → decide → sign → submit → land path to maximize block-0 landing rate (KPI #1) and uptime / failover (KPI #2)
• Implement secure key management (HD derivation, in-memory signing) and secrets handling; enforce fail-safe defaults and an explicit kill switch on every execution path
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain stakeholders on trade-offs across latency, cost, and reliability; participate in architecture discussions
• Write clean, secure, maintainable, well-tested code (unit + e2e); conduct code reviews; maintain documentation; support production readiness
• Monitor system reliability, execution latency and landing rate, provider health, and data quality
