Role Overview

This is a hands-on, execution-driven role working directly with the Head of Project. You'll take new projects, tools, and features from zero-to-one — researching them, testing them, and handing them off to whoever will own them long-term. It's not a coordination or people-management role: we need someone energized by figuring out something new, who builds systems and documentation as they go rather than managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Drive high-priority projects from brief to delivery
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across teams
• Track everything in motion and push work to completion
• Flag delays early and resolve blockers without escalation
• Take new projects/features at the zero-to-one stage, research and test them, and pass them to the team that will run them long-term (e.g. testing a new tool integration and building the adoption plan for marketing, or exploring a new monetization platform and rolling out a usage plan)

Systems & Documentation

• Build documentation and lightweight SOPs for the specific tools and initiatives you research, and hand them to marketing
• Create scalable operational frameworks
• Identify bottlenecks and fix them with systems, not manual workarounds
• Launch new projects in Notion from scratch and keep them structured, accurate, and visible

Execution Support

• Translate priorities into clear plans with owners and deadlines
• Coordinate across departments as needed to ensure alignment and follow-through — without managing them
• Support growth, monetization, and automation initiatives
• Deliver concise research and actionable summaries

Documentation

• Maintain clear, usable process documentation
• Build a knowledge base that scales with the team

Requirements

Must Have

• 4+ years of experience in R&D, Operations, or similar roles
• Strong Notion expertise (non-negotiable) — a real builder: project tracking or a personal dashboard with live metrics, not just a Knowledge Base/Wiki
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation — mandatory
• Experience building and documenting processes for new tools or initiatives
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 and above)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

AI Product Builder (Vibe Code Focus)

We’re looking for an AI Product Builder who loves building products from scratch and can quickly turn an idea into a working prototype or MVP using AI tools.

We don’t need someone who simply copies code generated by AI. We need a specialist who can manage AI, set tasks correctly, verify results, and make technical decisions independently.

Description

The Digital Health organization is technology team which focused on next generation Digital Health capabilities which deliver on the Medicine mission and vision to deliver Insight Driven Care. This role will operate within the Digital Health Applications & Interoperability subgroup of the broader Digital Health team, focused on patient engagement, care coordination, AI, healthcare analytics & interoperability amongst other advanced technologies which enhance our product portfolio with new services, while improving clinical & patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Own one of Customer’s Investments and Pensions product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery to
  delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Develop a deep understanding of your product area (customers, market, regulation, competitive
  landscape) and identify the highest-leverage opportunities across the broader domain.
• Shape and maintain a value-driven roadmap, balancing strategic bets, improvements, and
  platform/operational needs; align stakeholders through clear narratives and trade-off decisions.
• Set and track quarterly OKRs with your Engineering Lead, ensuring plans are grounded, measurable,
  and connected to Raisin’s strategy; you’re accountable for outcomes, not just output.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data/Analytics, Operations,
  Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Communicate effectively through written product artifacts (e.g., PRDs, user journeys, wireframes,
  sequence diagrams, experiment plans, and release notes), providing enough clarity to enable autonomous
  team execution while keeping scope focused and aligned.
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management hands-on experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling complex products that combine deep
  technical systems, non-trivial business logic, and high operational or regulatory constraints.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Business, Compliance,
  Legal, Marketing, Executive Leadership) and drive cross-functional alignment on product vision and
  prioritization. You have a sufficient grasp of these disciplines, such that you can sketch high-level

• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, distributed data processing, pipeline orchestration, batch and streaming workloads, and data storage
