Risk/Payment Agent

Emerise Group is a dynamic, product-driven company operating in the iGaming industry, focused on building high-impact solutions that fuel innovation and deliver outstanding user experiences across the entertainment ecosystem. We currently have an opening for a Risk & Payment Agent, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring secure and efficient payment operations and risk monitoring. Your work will directly contribute to fraud prevention and protecting both players and the business from financial risks.
 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Risk & Payments / KYC Specialist.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• High level of accuracy and responsibility.
• Ability to follow procedures.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience working with SOFTSWISS Back Office. 

Schedule:

• 2/2 shift pattern.
• 12-hour shifts: 12:00 PM-12:00 AM (midnight).

Desired / Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Risk & Payments, KYC, Fraud Prevention.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Familiarity with payment processing, player verification, and transaction monitoring.

Expected Duties / Tasks:

• Monitor and process deposits, cashouts, pending transactions, and risk-related cases.
• Verify player documents and payment information.
• Handle requests from Support and VIP teams.
• Identify suspicious activity and escalate high-risk cases.
• Document case outcomes and maintain operational statistics.
