Jobs at Djinni

We're building a platform that companies use to create marketplaces that help people find the right kind of provider and book an appointment. Payer and employer partners deliver it to their members inside their own sites and apps, through embeddable experiences, SDKs, an API, and
an MCP server.
You'll build those surfaces and the API behind them. The work spans the embeddable widget clients place on their sites, the preview app that demonstrates it, the questionnaire and booking flows, SDKs, and a remote MCP server.

This is a hands-on, AI-native role: you'll use coding agents and reusable AI skills every day to ship faster without trading away quality or security.

• Responsibilities:

  - Build the embeddable widget as web components or iframes, with style isolation, Content Security Policy compatibility, a postMessage protocol, and versioning that won't break partner pages.
  - Build the questionnaire and booking flows, white-label theming, and the preview app, to WCAG 2.1 AA.
  - Implement endpoints in the shared OpenAPI contract, in Python services, including tenancy and partner authentication.
  - Generate SDKs from the OpenAPI contract, write developer documentation, and build the sandbox experience for partner developers.
  - Ensure proper handling of PHI.
  - Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, ship through CI/CD, monitor what you build, and support incident response.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  - 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production web applications.
  - Experience building embeddable widgets, third-party-hosted web components, or SDKs that run inside other companies' products.
  - Strong TypeScript and React, plus backend services in Python (e.g., FastAPI).
  - Command of the web platform for embedding: custom elements and Shadow DOM, iframe sandboxing, Content Security Policy, and postMessage.
  - REST API design with OpenAPI, including SDK generation from specs. GraphQL experience is a plus.
  - Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SSO.
  - Experience working with PII and/or PHI under HIPAA.
  - Daily use of AI coding tools like Claude Code, with the judgment to keep AI-assisted code correct, tested, and secure.
  - You drive work to landed, not merged, and you own the result.

   HostZealot is an international hosting provider: VPS, dedicated servers, domains, and cloud services for customers worldwide. We're not just selling infrastructure — we're building long-term relationships. Our Sales & Billing team is the first and most consistent point of contact for most of our clients.

   We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, knows how to stay calm under pressure, and takes real ownership of every customer interaction. If you want a role where your communication skills matter as much as your technical curiosity — keep reading.

What You'll Do

- Handle customer inquiries via tickets, email, and live chat — promptly and professionally;
- Consult customers on our products: VPS, dedicated servers, domains, locations, configurations, and add-ons;
- Guide customers through the full journey — from first question to order, payment, renewal, or cancellation;
- Resolve billing questions: invoices, payments, and service adjustments;
- Coordinate with Technical and Billing teams on complex cases, escalate when needed — with full context;
- Hand over open cases between shifts so customers never have to repeat themselves;
- Spot upsell opportunities — not to push, but to genuinely recommend when it's the right fit;
- Help improve response templates and the knowledge base.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
- 1+ year in customer support, helpdesk, sales, or any customer-facing role;
- Basic understanding of hosting concepts: VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, domains, DNS, IP — enough to explain them confidently to a client;
- Experience with ticketing systems, billing platforms, or CRM tools (any stack).

Languages:

- English B1+ — confident written communication; ability to hold a conversation with international clients;
- Ukrainian and/or Russian — fluent written communication.

Who you are:
- Customer-first mindset — you want to actually solve the problem, not just close the ticket;
- Stress-resistant — a frustrated client is a task to solve, not a reason to panic;
- Ownership-driven — you pick up a case and you see it through. No dropped balls;
- Fast learner — our product evolves. You read, absorb, and apply;
- Detail-oriented — especially in billing: small mistakes cost real trust;
- Multitasker — comfortable managing several conversations in parallel without losing context.

What We Offer

- 💰 Competitive salary (discussed at the interview);
- 🕐 Shift schedule agreed in advance, including evenings and occasional weekends;
- 🌍 Remote / hybrid — Ukraine;
- 🏖️ 21 days of paid annual leave;
- 🤒 Paid sick leave;
- 🎓 Onboarding on HostZealot products with Team Lead support;
- 📈 Clear growth path — your competencies grow, your grade and salary follow;
- 🌐 Real international experience — clients from across the globe, every day.

How to Apply

Send your CV and tell us in a few lines: what's the most memorable customer situation you've handled, and how did you approach it? We care about your mindset, not a perfect answer.

HostZealot — grow with your clients and with your team.

Our Data & Analytics practice designs and delivers modern data platforms on Snowflake, Databricks, Azure and AWS, from first assessment to production at scale.

• Support pre-sales: solution design, effort estimates, technical sections of proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor data engineers and review their designs and code; act as the technical point of escalation on the project.

• Track record of leading at least one cloud data platform build or migration from design to production.
• Client-facing consulting experience: running workshops, presenting architecture decisions, managing expectations.
• At least B2 English, written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: SnowPro Advanced Architect, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Data Analytics/Data Engineer.
• Streaming architectures (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming, Snowpipe Streaming, Delta Live Tables).
• Data mesh, data products and data contracts in practice.
• MLOps and GenAI data foundations (feature stores, vector search, RAG pipelines).
