Sales Specialist (B2C /Outbound Calls)

Location: Remote — Ireland
Salary: $3,000/month fixed base + performance-based bonuses
Target total compensation: Up to $60,000/year

We are an international team in the Online Sweepstakes Gaming industry, seeking a confident and motivated Sales Representative.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys sales, knows how to communicate effectively over the phone, and is motivated by achieving strong results.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and acquire new customers.
• Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
• Understand customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably B2C, telesales, or outbound sales.
• English proficiency at C2 level.
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in phone sales and objection handling.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or Sweepstakes is a strong advantage.

• Monday–Friday, 12:00–21:00 (UTC−5).
