Customer Support / Sales Specialist

Location: Remote — Canada
Salary: $3,000/month fixed base + performance-based bonuses
Target total compensation: Up to $60,000/year

We are an international team operating in the Online Sweepstakes Gaming industry and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join us.

This is a sales-focused position for someone who is confident making outbound calls, engaging customers, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and acquire new customers.
• Introduce customers to current promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (B2C, telesales, outbound sales, or similar).
• English proficiency at C2 level.
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in phone conversations and objection handling.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.

Experience in iGaming, online casinos, or Sweepstakes is a strong advantage.
