Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role

• Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms 
• Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills 
• Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics 
• Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console 
• Proven experience with vibe coding tools - an advantage

Key Requirements:
🔹 4 years of commercial experience in Java development (Senior level);
🔹 Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot;

Position Overview

As a Senior 2D Animator, you will shape the motion language of our games — from character animations to environmental effects and visual feedback systems.

You will work closely with Game Designers, Mathematicians, Developers, and Artists to ensure that animation enhances mechanics, pacing, and emotional impact.

This role requires both strong classical animation skills and practical experience in slot or gambling projects.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D character and object animations using Spine.
• Design and implement environmental animations to enhance in-game visuals.
• Develop visual effects with particle systems (e.g., Particle Designer, Particle Illusion, Magic Particles).
• Prepare and finalize assets for animation implementation.
• Continuously improve the visual polish and quality of animations.
• Collaborate with the team, engaging in constructive feedback loops.
• Communicate effectively in intermediate spoken English.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a 2D Animator.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Spine.
• Experience working on slot games or gambling projects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid understanding of classical animation principles (timing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.).
• Experience working with game interfaces.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed animation projects.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Intermediate level of spoken English.
