Middle/Senior PHP+React Developer

We are building a platform that helps hospitals safely use AI to analyze medical images X-rays, CT, and MRI scans. Our mission: help doctors detect diseases faster and more accurately by making AI reliable and trustworthy.

We’re creating a small, high-impact engineering team where every engineer owns their work from idea to production and leverages AI tools to accelerate development. This is your chance to shape how AI and engineering work together from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain backend services using PHP and Symfony
• Build and improve frontend features using React and TypeScript
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Work with Docker-based development and deployment environments

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with PHP and Symfony/Laravel
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript
• Experience building and maintaining web applications in production
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
• Good understanding of Git workflows and collaboration practices
• Strong knowledge of OOP principles and software design patterns

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working on scalable or high-load applications
• Understanding of testing practices such as PHPUnit or TDD
