We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join a new R&D direction — an opportunity to become one of the first people shaping the creative production approach from the ground up. The role is focused on creating high-performing video creatives for Meta Ads, experimenting with new formats, leveraging AI tools in production, and helping the team find winning concepts that drive growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives
- Strong portfolio with performance marketing video ads
- Expert level in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work - hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs
- Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality
- Basic sound design and mixing skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English
Would be a plus:
- Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)
- Illustrator and Figma for static assets
- Background producing UGC-style or storytelling ad creatives
Responsibilities:
- Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat
- Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations
- Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences
- Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos
- Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence - multiple creatives per week
- Use AI-powered tools to speed up production (image/video generation, voice synthesis, asset clean-up) where it makes sense
- Stay current with motion trends and platform-native ad formats
