The Product Analyst is a core member of the Product Design team, responsible for translating business needs, and system requirements into clearly defined design and technical execution documentation. • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with geophysicists, data scientists, and software engineers to
  translate scientific domain requirements into robust on-prem or Cloud software
  solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications for geophysical and
  geological data analysis, interpretation and visualization (e.g., seismic, horizon,
  fault, velocity model, etc.)
  • Present architectural designs and technical proposals to the architecture review
  board.
  • Ability to break down development tasks and lay out clear implementation
  roadmaps.
  • Implement and optimize computation algorithms
  • Design and develop both thin and thick client applications that interact with cloud-
  based microservices.
  • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, security hardening and
  continuous integration with other domain tools
  • Provide technical support and lead user troubleshooting sessions to resolve issues
  and ensure smooth operation of DSG application.
  • Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to architectural and
  implementation decisions.
  • Embrace Agile/Scrum methodologies, delivering and demonstrating working
  solutions at the end of each sprint
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in geophysical computing and
  software development.

• Mandatory Skills Description:

  10+ years in Java development
  Strong Java Core knowledge

  Experience with desktop development (Swing, SWT or Eclipse RCP)

Responsibilities:

- Working Hours: Aligned with US time zones (e.g., 5 PM - 1 AM EEST);

- Proactive Outbound Outreach: Execute 50-70 cold calls daily to potential US clients across targeted industries (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing);

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, E-commerce Managers, CTOs) and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework);

- CRM Management: Meticulously log all call activities, notes, and lead statuses in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline;

- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the senior sales team with a clear handover of context and pain points;
- Script Development & Iteration: Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously refine and improve cold calling scripts and talking points based on conversion data and market feedback;
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, common objections, and competitive insights from prospect interactions.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of cold calling experience;
- Experience in IT or online services;
