ORM Specialist / Reputation Manager (iGaming)

About us: We are looking for a proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to help our brand secure leadership positions on key industry review platforms. If you understand how the algorithms of Trustpilot, Casino Guru, and other review platforms work, and know how to build strategies for consistent rating growth, we are looking forward to your resume!

🎯 What you will do:

• Take full ownership of the company's profiles on Trustpilot, Casino Guru, AskGamblers, and niche forums.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase the overall rating (TrustScore).
• Collaborate with the CRM and Support teams to build funnels for collecting positive reviews from loyal players.
• Handle negative feedback: intercept complaints, assist in resolving cases, and motivate players to update their ratings.
• Communicate with platform moderators: timely identify and dispute unfair or fake reviews from competitors.
• Analyze competitors and find new growth opportunities for the brand's reputation.

📌 What we expect from you:

• Practical experience with Trustpilot and Casino Guru (understanding their rules, limits, algorithms, and moderation specifics).
• Experience in iGaming / Casino (you clearly understand player pain points: KYC, deposits, bonuses, withdrawals).
• Crisis communication skills: the ability to professionally and calmly "put out fires."

• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (for replying to players and communicating with platform support).
