The Role

We're looking for an experienced Broker Manager / Affiliate Account Manager to join our team full-time.

This is not a traditional account management position.

You'll be responsible for managing broker relationships, negotiating commercial terms, optimizing lead distribution, increasing monetization efficiency, and ensuring that every lead generated delivers maximum value to the business.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Crypto, Forex, and CFD brokers
• Negotiate and optimize commercial agreements, including CPL, CPA, and Hybrid models
• Identify opportunities to increase payouts, traffic caps, and overall account profitability
• Monitor lead quality, conversion performance, and broker feedback on a daily basis
• Manage lead distribution across multiple brokers, balancing GEOs, capacities, and performance metrics
• Implement strategies to recover and redistribute rejected leads, minimizing traffic waste
• Coordinate with media buying, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth lead delivery and campaign performance
• Resolve operational issues related to lead acceptance, tracking, integrations, and broker capacity
• Identify new broker partnerships and support the onboarding of new accounts
• Track key performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve monetization and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of experience in Crypto, Forex, CFD, or affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of broker operations, lead generation, and FTD funnels
• Experience managing advertiser, broker, or affiliate relationships
• Proven negotiation skills and a commercial mindset
• Ability to analyze performance data and make revenue-driven decisions
• Understanding of lead distribution systems, APIs, S2S postbacks, and traffic routing logic
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Existing network of Crypto/CFD brokers
• Experience with affiliate CRMs or lead distribution platforms
• Background in media buying, traffic arbitrage, or performance marketing
• Experience working with high-volume lead generation campaigns
