Main markets - Tier 1-2 

The technical team - up to 10people ( BA, PM, Team Lead, Back-end\ Front-end developers, QA)

Project stack: Node.js (backend), Angular. MySQL, Clickhouse,  Redis,  MongoDB,   Linux.

Locations/Offices - Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Mykolaiv, or remote.

 Requirements:

• 2+ years in Tech Lead/CTO positions within B2B SaaS products, handling up to  100K RPS 
• Experience in architectural decision-making for high load products 
• Proven track record in managing technical teams of 10+ people (backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, PM)
• Experience in system performance-based optimizations
• Deep understanding of architecture, infrastructure, and software development processes
• Ability to formulate and validate hypotheses to improve processes and systems.
• Skilled in assessing and managing technological and process-related risks.
• Strong expertise in Node.js with hands-on experience in building server-side solutions and platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis), including schema design, query optimization, sharding, and replication.
• Experience in designing, developing, and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and Event-Driven Architecture
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SSH, TCP/IP, DNS, WebSocket), Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Proven experience in organizing R&D, hypothesis testing, debugging, and profiling complex systems.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (both verbal and written communication).

Responsibilities:

• Defining and implementing a long-term technical strategy, architectural solutions, and technology stack that aligns with business goals and ensures product scalability.
• Designing and optimizing the architecture of high-load, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems, ensuring their stability and efficiency.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of 10 engineers (Backend, Frontend, DevOps), fostering their professional growth, and creating a strong, cohesive engineering culture.
•  Establishing and optimizing development processes (Agile/Scrum), ensuring workflow efficiency, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices.
• Implementing and overseeing code quality standards and testing methodologies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to ensure high reliability and defect-free products.
•  Leading the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD processes, automating deployment and monitoring, and optimizing infrastructure.
• Continuously monitoring new technologies and tools, evaluating their feasibility, and implementing innovative solutions to improve the product.
