What you'll be working on

• Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, Djinni and DOU according to candidate profiles
• Designing technical assessments for roles together with engineers
• Structuring and cooperating with the hiring team of engineers for each role
• Running screening calls and assessing candidates' English
• Standardizing hiring practices so we don't reinvent the wheel every time
• Building the hiring process from scratch and improving it as we grow

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Djinni in talent sourcing
• Understanding of technical skillsets across different engineering roles — front-end, back-end, mobile, QA
• Ability to gather requirements from the team and design a hiring pipeline for new roles
• Writing outstanding messages in English that candidates are willing to reply to
• English good enough to screen candidates and assess their level confidently

We are looking for a hands-on editor who can work with both AI-generated content and traditional fitness footage, combining everything into polished, engaging short-form video ads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in Risk Tech, Quantitative Trading, Crypto Derivatives Exchanges, or CFD Brokerages
• Deep knowledge of financial risk mechanics: Cross/Isolated Margin, Portfolio Margin, A/B/C-book operating models, Net Open Position (NOP) aggregation, and options risk metrics
• Solid understanding of low-latency backend architecture: lock-free concurrency, In-Memory data processing, IPC/Shared Memory, and financial protocols (FIX, WebSocket)

• Strong understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics (L2/L3), matching engine mechanics, and liquidity bridging/routing

Project Description:

This is a strategic data engineering engagement with our client to architect and plan the migration of their entire data processing and ETL estate from Matillion to AWS Glue — a foundational shift in how one of the world's largest financial market infrastructure companies handles its data pipelines.
During this Mobilisation Phase, you'll work jointly with client's engineering teams to reverse-engineer the existing landscape, design the target-state architecture across every layer (infrastructure, data processing, workflows, dependencies, and operating model), and build the detailed delivery blueprint that will greenlight the full-scale migration.
The work is technically rich and highly collaborative: you'll review and validate job inventories spanning hundreds of ETL workflows, define reusable migration patterns and templates, design a validation and reconciliation framework, run a proof-of-concept to stress-test the approach, and navigate client's rigorous internal governance — from Architectural Significance Assessments through Architectural Review Boards to a formal Gate 1 decision.

- Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS

Project Description:

We are looking for a Regular DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support infrastructure automation, environment deployment, and GitOps-based delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Own the Terraform infrastructure - API Gateway routes, Lambda functions, IAM roles, EC2, DynamoDB tables, SQS queues, AWS Workspaces .etc
* Design and maintain Python Lambda handlers that integrate with Active Directory/LDAP, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, and the AWS SDK, handling KMS-encrypted secrets and SSM parameters.
* Run and troubleshoot the Jenkins deployment pipeline across environments (plan / create / destroy / test).
* Keep integration tests healthy and add coverage for new endpoints.
* Manage secrets and access control - Jenkins credentials, KMS key permissions, API keys stored in SSM.
* Solid Ansible skills for authoring and maintaining idempotent playbooks, roles, and inventories across Linux and Windows hosts.
