About the role:
We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to join our team and help us build an on-premise software pipeline for real-time computer vision. The system ingests camera streams (primarily RTSP), stores frames in a shared data layer, runs CV/AI engines for preprocessing and inference, applies inference logic to produce decisions, and sends results to Database/Portal/Alerting/Control integrations.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the Camera Module to reliably ingest RTSP streams, decode frames, and handle reconnect/keep-alive/packet loss.
- Implement the Shared Data layer for raw and processed frame exchange across processes with backpressure and safe lifecycle management.
- Integrate and operate CV/AI Engines in Python (preprocess, inference, postprocess) with configurable model loading and runtime selection.
- Develop the Inference Logic layer that orchestrates cropping, batching, filtering, classification, and decision output formatting.

About the role

We’re looking for a part-time UI/Web Designer with a strong interface background who can take ownership of web product UI (terminals, dashboards, internal tools, etc.) and also support the team with visual marketing assets when needed (decks, banners, brand materials).

This is a hands-on role for someone who can generate design concepts from scratch, not just adapt existing layouts — and who actively uses AI tools to speed up ideation and production.
 

What you’ll do

• Design high-quality UI for web products: trading terminals, dashboards, web apps, data-heavy interfaces
• Create design concepts and visual directions from scratch (flows, components, style exploration)
• Work in Figma and maintain clean, scalable files (components, styles, reusable patterns)
• Design pitch decks / presentations when needed (layout, visuals, consistency)
• Create banners and marketing visuals (campaigns, announcements, social assets)
• Support brand identity development (visual system, typography/colors, consistency across materials)
   

Requirements

• Strong UI fundamentals + confident execution
• Strong experience designing web interfaces (not mobile-first)
• Ability to create design concepts, not just adapt existing layouts
• Strong portfolio with UI/interface projects
• Confident user of AI tools in design workflows (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.)

Funnel and CRM Infrastructure

• Manage and optimize the marketing infrastructure across HubSpot and Salesforce.

Sales Coordination & Analytics

• Maintain marketing-to-sales lead handoff workflows and automate meeting tracking.
• Analyze funnel conversion rates and track channel efficiency/ROI.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership to monitor marketing-sourced pipeline trends.

Working Hours & Time Zone:

• To ensure smooth collaboration with our US-based teams, this role requires significant overlap with New York (EST) working hours.
• Requirement: You must be available until at least 2:00 PM NY time daily, though availability until 3:00 PM NY time is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations.
• Strong expertise in both HubSpot and Salesforce is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience implementing complex marketing automation workflows and CRM data structures.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to build performance reports and dashboards.

Background in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity is highly preferred; experience with the MSP industry is a significant plus.
