What you'll be doing

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with budgets of $100,000/month and up;
• Develop and test hypotheses across creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages;
• Analyze unit economics daily (CPA, ROAS, CPI, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and make fast decisions on campaign optimization;

About team:

You’ll be joining a small product team inside Gismart building a new direction in the wellness space. Right now that’s a creative producer, a motion designer, a product designer, a PMM, two UA managers and a product manager — everyone works in one loop, with no hand-offs between departments and no long approval chains. First tests are already running: a hypothesis, a creative and a live launch can all happen within the same week, and decisions get made where the idea comes from. • Engage with key stakeholders (product managers, marketers) to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy.

Are you passionate about building cutting-edge, AI-ready data platforms from the ground up? We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering Team and lead high-impact, greenfield initiatives.

You will work on building modern cloud-native data platforms, migrating on-premises legacy systems to the cloud, and laying the architectural foundation for AI-ready data infrastructure.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Data Science, and Product teams, serving as a key technical contributor and thought leader. You will also drive R&D efforts around agentic AI architectures, event-driven systems, and LLM-ready data pipelines — turning architectural concepts into production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native data platforms from greenfield to production
• Implement near-real-time ingestion pipelines using event-driven patterns
• Define and enforce platform standards, including Data Lake / Lakehouse principles, medallion architecture, and data contracts
• Refactor and optimise existing Spark and PySpark scripts for performance and maintainability
• Introduce best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD across data pipelines
• Drive adoption of AI tooling and agentic workflows within the data engineering team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering
• Strong Python and SQL development skills for pipeline development and optimisation
• Proficiency in Apache Spark / PySpark, including query optimisation and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (preferred) or Snowflake
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Experience with stream processing technologies (Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming)
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, data modelling (dimensional, Data Vault), and data warehousing
• Experience with orchestration tools (Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
• Understanding of production-grade system requirements: reliability, scalability, observability, and performance

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our infrastructure team in a European engineering hub. Reporting to the DevOps Team Leader, you will own end-to-end delivery of advanced infrastructure initiatives—from design and implementation through production hardening. You will tackle real-world challenges including migrating container workloads from ECS Fargate to Kubernetes without downtime, evolving Infrastructure as Code frameworks, scaling data-intensive pipelines, and enforcing robust observability and reliability standards. This role offers high autonomy, direct impact on global products, and the opportunity to set the technical bar for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and execute migration of container workloads from ECS Fargate to Kubernetes (EKS) with zero downtime.
• Design and maintain modular Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and OpenTofu across multiple environments.
• Evolve enterprise CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and OIDC federation to improve developer velocity and deployment safety.
• Oversee performance, capacity and resilience of high-volume data infrastructure (ClickHouse, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB, RDS, Redis) and event-driven messaging.
• Implement and enforce reliability and observability standards using telemetry tools (OpenTelemetry, Coralogix, Grafana).
