RF Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Radio Frequency Engineer join our team and contribute to the development of advanced RF and wireless solutions for Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and OTA applications.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex RF challenges, designing end-to-end system architectures, and working directly with customers on innovative technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in RF Systems Engineering, Wireless Communications, or Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RF systems, antennas, OTA testing, wireless communications, and RF measurement methodologies.
• Experience designing complex customer solutions and preparing technical proposals.
• Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Design and architect RF, OTA, wireless, and A&D solutions together with customers.
• Lead requirements gathering, technical discovery, and solution definition activities.
• Develop end-to-end RF system architectures, including hardware, software, OTA, chamber, and integrated solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and customer quotations.
• Resolve complex RF, interoperability, integration, and performance issues.
• Serve as a senior technical expert during customer engagements and deployments.
• Support professional services activities, including integration, deployment, optimization, training, and technical support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Aerospace & Defense projects.
• Knowledge of radar, electronic warfare (EW), RF Test & Measurement, or wireless infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting professional services or customer deployment activities.
