User Acquisition Manager / Senior UA Manager (Meta Ads)

About the product

We're building a web product in the AI Girlfriend niche — one of the fastest-growing segments in the AI industry. The product is actively scaling, and we're now strengthening our performance marketing team.

What you'll be doing

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with budgets of $100,000/month and up;
• Develop and test hypotheses across creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages;
• Analyze unit economics daily (CPA, ROAS, CPI, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and make fast decisions on campaign optimization;
• Work closely with the creative team: write briefs, test hypotheses, cut underperforming combos;
• Scale successful campaigns without losing efficiency;
• Track trends and changes in Meta's policies, quickly adapt strategy;
• Collaborate with the analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance.

What we're looking for

• 6+ months of Meta Ads media buying experience, with recent, active experience — at the time of applying, you should be running or have very recently run campaigns;
• Proven track record managing ad budgets of $100,000+/month on Meta accounts;
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience with web products (landing pages, funnels, conversion tracking);
• Experience scaling campaigns without a sharp drop in efficiency;
• Self-driven, fast decision-making, ownership of results.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI products, dating, or dating web products;
• Experience working with a creative team and generating your own creative hypotheses;
• English language proficiency.
