We are looking for a Finance Controller to take full ownership of our financial operations from day one. • Own the full invoicing process across all entities: issuing, tracking, reconciling, and following up

• Audit existing expenses regularly and identify where we are overpaying or underutilising

Reporting and financial clarity

• Produce clear, accurate financial reports that give leadership what they need to make fast decisions
• Maintain financial documentation across all entities in a structured, auditable way
• Liaise with external accountants and tax advisors as needed, owning the relationship and the inputs they receive

Systems and processes

• Choose, implement, and maintain the financial tools and software the operation runs on
• Build SOPs for every recurring financial process so the function can eventually scale to a team

• Ensure financial operations are structured, documented, and resilient
