System/Business analyst

Teliqon, a reliable communication solutions provider, offers innovative services including SIP Trunking, DID, Cloud PBX, and SMS solutions. Our mission is to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency using next-gen telecom technologies. 

We are looking for a Business / System Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technical implementation.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and technology — shaping product requirements, designing system behavior, and driving clarity across complex integrations. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure that every feature delivers real business value and is built with a deep understanding of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, analyze, and validate business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams (BPMN, UML)
• Own the full requirements lifecycle: from discovery to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and assign tasks to developers, designers, and QA engineers; manage and maintain the backlog
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the development team in partnership with the Project Manager
• Maintain and update documentation for tasks and projects
• Provide post-release support

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Strong knowledge and practical application of best practices in requirements management, business and system analysis
• Ability to clearly and professionally document business and technical product requirements
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence, as well as collaborating with development and QA teams during the implementation of business requirements
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and client-server architecture
• Experience in creating and analyzing integration specifications
• Experience in change analysis, impact assessment, and managing risks and dependencies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders 

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of telephony systems and hands-on experience with VoIP services
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Experience working with a large number of integrations
• Experience building projects from scratch
• Background in System Analysis or technical product development
