Daily Scope of Work:
- Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks.
- Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement.
- Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions.
- Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company, marketing, or sales department in a junior/assistant/researcher role.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule available for students).

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role profiles, key criteria, and hiring priorities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum ~3–5 years) in recruiting mid- to senior-level IT/tech roles (in-house or agency).

- Solid sourcing skills: ability to find and engage passive candidates globally.
