Responsibilities
Be responsible for the successful quality control of projects and support the team in meeting deadlines and milestones.
Test Planning and Design
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product design, schedules, and potential issues
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Test Execution
- Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results
- Perform smoke and regression testing after bug fixes
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify system deficiencies
- Ensure compatibility across various browsers, devices, and platforms
- Investigate issues reported by customers through different channels
- Familiarity with accessibility testing and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)standards
Performance, Accessibility, and UAT
- Monitor system performance by conducting load, stress, and scalability testing
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate usability and reliability
- Join client meetings to demo features when needed
Documentation
- Maintain thorough documentation of testing processes, results, and feedback
- Update project management tools with relevant information
- Create and maintain test infrastructure (test plans, test cases, scenarios, etc.)
- Write project documentation and user guides
- Contribute to QA documentation at the company level
Improvement and Reporting
- Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on usability and functionality
- Report on testing progress and results to stakeholders
- Communicate critical issues promptly
Requirements
Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in QA testing of websites and web applications
- Proven experience in developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
- Experience in testing projects based on Drupal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Familiarity with test management systems such as TestRail, Xray, or Qase
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and cross-browser testing
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Continuous Learning
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in reporting, prioritizing, and managing defects through resolution
- Proficiency in documenting testing phases and defects
- Ability to evaluate user interactions and ensure the final product meets customer needs
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
- Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress or similar)
- Experience with Google Analytics

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
