IT Recruiter $ Offline
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team at CML Team. You will play a key role in building strong technical talent pipelines, running targeted sourcing and outreach campaigns, and supporting the full recruitment cycle — from initial contact to offer stage.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements, define search strategies, and help scale our recruitment processes efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage qualified tech candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial screening and technical pre-interviews to offer preparation and candidate coordination.
- Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for engineering, product, design, and other IT-related roles.
Partner with Hiring Managers to clarify technical requirements, candidate profiles, and optimize hiring strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience sourcing for Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, Product Managers, or similar tech roles
- Excellent communication skills
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher
Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of Web3, Blockchain or FinTech markets
Interest in employer branding and talent marketing
