Челенджі на три місяці: 

• сформувати та погодити цільову модель внутрішніх комунікацій (канали, ролі, процеси, governance) і запустити її базові елементи в роботі

• впровадити єдиний процес управління комунікаційними запитами з прозорою чергою та статусами для бізнесу

• впровадити правила роботи каналів як єдиної системи з контролем дублювання, якості та частоти комунікацій

• запустити регулярний цикл роботи з C-level (планування ключових наративів + синхронізація меседжів)

Челенджі на півроку: 

• впровадити цілісну модель внутрішніх комунікацій як єдину систему роботи

• запустити системну recognition-програму з чіткою логікою, механіками та інтеграцією в щоденний досвід співробітника
