We are looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst / System Analyst who can structure complex business processes, translate operational and product needs into clear requirements for the development team, and act as a key link between business, product, and engineering.
This role is for someone who can deeply understand processes, identify dependencies between system modules, quickly navigate complex scenarios, and turn them into a logical, clear, and implementable structure.
Product: a ticketing / event-tech platform for the European market within the e-commerce domain, with multiple integrations, operational scenarios, automations, and AI-driven processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst / System Analyst / Product Owner
- Experience with complex systems, multi-module products, or enterprise solutions
- Experience with e-commerce products, marketplaces, transactional platforms, or products with multiple user and operational scenarios
- Understanding of e-commerce processes: user journey, checkout, orders, payments, refunds, availability / inventory, notifications, customer support flows
- Experience analyzing and documenting interactions between modules, services, APIs, and external integrations
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum / Kanban principles
- Ability to quickly structure large volumes of unstructured information
- Experience documenting business processes, user flows, use cases, system logic, and interaction scenarios
- Experience creating documentation: BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN, workflow diagrams
- Ability to translate business requests into clear development tasks
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Miro, Draw.io, Figma, or similar tools
- Experience with AI tools or AI-driven processes for analysis, information structuring, documentation automation, or workflow optimization
- Systems thinking, strong self-organization, ownership, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in ticketing / event-tech / event management / entertainment / booking systems
- Experience with products for the European market
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise products
- Experience as an Operational BA or Enterprise Systems Analyst
- Experience launching new products, modules, or internal transformation projects
- Experience with high-load operational products or systems with a large number of transactions and integrations
- Understanding of payment flows, fraud checks, invoices, reporting, or customer support automation
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools, chatbots, scoring systems, or internal AI tools
Responsibilities
- Analyze, structure, and document business requirements and processes
- Identify weak points in current processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare technical specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, BPMN, and other project documentation
- Describe system logic, module interactions, services, and integrations
- Decompose complex business tasks into clear stages for the development team
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams
- Participate in designing new features, modules, automations, and AI-driven solutions
- Maintain and develop the product knowledge base
- Prepare diagrams, mockups, flows, and user scenario descriptions
- Participate in discovery phases for new products and internal transformation projects
- Ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementation
