AI-Driven Full Stack Developer (PHP + React)

We are looking for an AI-driven Full Stack Developer to join our team building next-generation healthcare infrastructure.
 

You’ll work on products focused on credentialing, compliance, staffing, provider workflows, and operational automation. We move fast, ship often, and use AI deeply across engineering and product workflows.

This is not a traditional engineering role. We are looking for builders with strong product thinking, ownership mentality, and experience working with modern AI tooling.

What you'll do

• Build full stack applications using PHP/Laravel and React/TypeScript
• Design scalable REST APIs and backend services
• Develop modern frontend architecture and reusable UI components
• Work with PostgreSQL and scalable data models
• Build asynchronous workflows using AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
• Contribute to AI-native automation and workflow systems
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making
• Own features end-to-end, from idea to production
• Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Help improve engineering standards and platform scalability
   

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong PHP and Laravel experience
• Strong React and TypeScript experience
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Solid PostgreSQL knowledge
• Experience with asynchronous systems and queues
• Strong understanding of scalable architecture
• Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive mindset
• Product thinking, not just implementation skills
• Ability to move fast, learn quickly, and adapt constantly
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• English level B2+

AI tools already cover much of routine engineering work. We are looking for engineers who can think critically, make product decisions, improve systems, and drive execution.

You should already have experience with:

• AI-assisted development
• agentic workflows
• AI-driven debugging and architecture
• rapid iteration using modern AI tools

Responsibilities may also include:

• designing UI components and product flows using AI tools
• improving UX and feature usability
• taking full ownership of features and delivery
