Responsibilities:

• Research and provide better alternatives to the current IT solutions used within the company
• Maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems (mostly Mac OS) and office equipment
• Support corporate IT infrastructure and quickly resolve any issues stopping business operations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
• Consulting users on technical questions
• Support business operations from an IT standpoint, including onboarding, off-boarding new employees, setting up new systems, etc.

What Challenges You’ll Own

— Scale Meta Ads spend and performance significantly beyond current volumes;

What You’ll Do

— Manage, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across the Meta Ads ecosystem;

— Monitor and improve key metrics including Spend, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and Retention;

— Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, offers, funnels, and campaign structures;

— Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the Creative Producer to improve creative performance and develop new ad concepts;

— Analyze campaign performance and transform insights into actionable scaling decisions;

— Build reporting processes and maintain a strong analytical approach to growth.
 

What We’re Looking For

— 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing;

— Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads in DTC products targeting the US market;

— Experience managing performance budgets starting from $100,000/month;

— Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, Churn, and Retention;

— Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Snapchat Ads will be a strong advantage;

— Strong analytical thinking and confidence in making data-driven decisions;
