We are looking for a Senior Slot Game Producer with a proven track record in the iGaming industry to lead the creation of high-quality, innovative slot experiences. If you have deep market knowledge, a strong creative vision, and are ready to own the direction of our slot portfolio - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the creation of new slot game concepts - from the first idea to post-launch performance analysis;
• Invent original mechanics and game features that stand out in a competitive market;
• Research and select trending features, bonus modes, and player engagement patterns;
• Define and maintain the creative and technical vision for each slot, in collaboration with game designers, math developers, artists, and audio teams;
• Regularly pitch and present concepts and progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadership;
• Playtest and review games in development, ensuring they meet or exceed product standards and player expectations;
• Be the go-to person for the team on all gameplay-related questions and decisions;
• Participate in certification documentation review and support test labs when needed;
• Help shape the long-term strategy and direction of our slot game portfolio.

Desired skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Slot Game Producer, Product Owner, or Game Designer in a leading real-money slots company;
• A portfolio of successful live slot games with measurable market impact (high revenue, retention, or visibility);
• Deep knowledge of slot game mechanics, math models, art styles, UX, sound, and animation workflows;
• Strong understanding of current slot trends across different regions and platforms (mobile, web, land-based);
• Confident in market analysis and competitor benchmarking to generate relevant and creative product ideas;
• Excellent project management and presentation skills - able to clearly communicate game vision and rationale to both creative and technical teams;
• Fluent English - both written and spoken.
