Funnel and Traffic Manager (Meta / ManyChat / Grey Funnels)

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
 

• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, especially traffic and post engagement campaigns
• MUST-HAVE: practical experience building funnels in ManyChat (Chatfuel or similar tools will also be considered)
• Experience working with anti-detect browsers such as Dolphin Anty, AdsPower, or similar tools
• Understanding of proxy infrastructure and multi-account traffic environments
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CR, lead quality, and traffic monetization metrics
• Real experience working with grey/black-hat funnels and restricted verticals
• Understanding of Meta moderation systems, detection logic, bans, and current bypass methods for gambling content
• Experience managing advertising budgets and understanding realistic benchmark metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, FTD, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to work without classic Facebook Pixel-based approaches
• Arbitrage mindset with strong analytical thinking and testing culture
• Stress resistance and ability to work under frequent bans and infrastructure instability
• Team-oriented mindset and operational discipline

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Launch, manage, and optimize traffic campaigns in Facebook Ads and Telegram Ads
• Build, configure, and maintain automated ManyChat / Chatfuel funnels for audience acquisition and conversion
• Create and optimize messenger-based conversion flows through Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct
• Design complete social funnels from scratch and continuously improve funnel CR and user flow stability
• Work with “white” traffic entry points (sports, memes, entertainment, news, viral pages, etc.) for further audience redirection
• Configure auto-replies, comment automation, DM sequences, lead capture flows, and audience warm-up scenarios
• Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, messaging, hooks, and funnel mechanics to optimize CPL and CPA
• Monitor campaign performance, spend efficiency, lead quality, and conversion metrics
• Manage advertising budgets, scaling logic, daily limits, and profitability of traffic bundles
• Work closely with account farmers and infrastructure teams to maintain campaign stability
• Operate within Meta restrictions using up-to-date bypass and anti-detection approaches for gambling-related traffic
• Monitor bans, ad account risks, and funnel health while maintaining operational continuity
