As we continue scaling our US market operations, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who is excited by growth challenges, experimentation, and the opportunity to directly influence business results at scale.

Your Mission

Your primary goal will be to scale acquisition channels while maintaining performance efficiency and building a repeatable experimentation framework for the US market.

We expect you to become a key driver of growth for our Meta Ads direction while helping unlock new scaling opportunities across additional paid channels.
 

What Challenges You’ll Own

β€” Scale Meta Ads spend and performance significantly beyond current volumes;

β€” Build a systematic testing framework for creatives, audiences, funnels, and campaign structures;

β€” Launch, optimize, and scale acquisition campaigns focused on CAC, CPA, ROAS, and ROMI targets;

β€” Expand beyond Meta by validating and growing new traffic channels including TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat, and others;

β€” Collaborate closely with creative and product marketing teams to identify winning angles, messaging, and ad concepts for the US audience;

β€” Generate, validate, and scale growth hypotheses using a data-driven approach;

β€” Continuously search for new audience segments, placements, and performance opportunities.
 

What You’ll Do

β€” Manage, optimize, and scale performance campaigns across the Meta Ads ecosystem;

β€” Monitor and improve key metrics including Spend, CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and Retention;

β€” Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, offers, funnels, and campaign structures;

β€” Collaborate with designers, content creators, and the Creative Producer to improve creative performance and develop new ad concepts;

β€” Analyze campaign performance and transform insights into actionable scaling decisions;

β€” Build reporting processes and maintain a strong analytical approach to growth.
 

What We’re Looking For

β€” 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Media Buying, or Performance Marketing;

β€” Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads in DTC products targeting the US market;

β€” Experience managing performance budgets starting from $100,000/month;

β€” Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, Churn, and Retention;

β€” Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Snapchat Ads will be a strong advantage;

β€” Strong analytical thinking and confidence in making data-driven decisions;

β€” You naturally validate ideas through experiments and measurable results;

β€” You enjoy finding unconventional solutions and scaling what works;

β€” High level of ownership, proactivity, and ambition to grow together with the company;

β€” English level: Intermediate+ (B1/B2).
