    About the Role:
    As a UI/UX Implementation Specialist, you will work in a highly collaborative, customer-facing role focused on adapting an existing platform to real-world customer requirements.

    Rather than designing new products from scratch, you will focus on configuring, tailoring, and validating UI solutions for multiple enterprise customers in parallel. Your work will bridge product design, customer UX teams, and development, ensuring that design intent is clearly understood and accurately implemented.

    This role is well-suited for designers who enjoy structured design systems, frequent stakeholder communication, and environments where clarity, responsiveness, and execution quality are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a customer-facing UI/UX Implementation Specialist, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate UI solutions
    • Adapt and configure existing design system components in Figma to meet customer branding, theming, and UX needs
    • Produce high-quality UI deliverables in Figma, including user flows, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and implementation-ready specifications
    • Lead design walkthroughs and handoffs with customers and internal developers to ensure alignment and smooth execution
    • Maintain consistency with the core design system while supporting multiple customer implementations simultaneously

     

    Required Competence and Skills: 

    • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design for web and mobile platforms.
    • Proficient in Figma, with demonstrated ability to work with components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping.
    • Proven experience adapting and refining existing design systems rather than creating from scratch.
    • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to facilitate effective communication with developers.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience delivering design solutions in cross-functional and customer-facing environments.
    • High attention to detail and strong standards for visual quality and consistency.
    • Ability to manage multiple customer deliverables and work independently under tight deadlines.

    The project is for one of the world's famous science and technology companies in pharmaceutical industry, supporting initiatives in AWS, AI and data engineering, with plans to launch over 20 additional initiatives in the future. Modernizing the data infrastructure through the transition to Snowflake as a priority, as it will enhance capabilities for implementing advanced AI solutions and unlock numerous opportunities for innovation and growth.

    We are seeking a highly skilled Snowflake Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-based solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, ETL Tools like DBT, Python, visualization tools like Tableau and modern CI/CD practices, with a deep understanding of data governance, security, and role-based access control (RBAC). Knowledge of data modeling methodologies (OLTP, OLAP, Data Vault 2.0), data quality frameworks, Stream lit application development and SAP integration and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform is essential. Experience working with different file formats such as JSON, Parquet, CSV, and XML is highly valued.

    • Responsibilities:

      • In-depth knowledge of Snowflake's data warehousing capabilities.
      • Understanding of Snowflake's virtual warehouse architecture and how to optimize performance
      and cost.
      • Proficiency in using Snowflake's data sharing and integration features for seamless collaboration.
      • Develop and optimize complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data transformations.
      • Work closely with data analysts, architects, and business teams to understand requirements and
      deliver reliable data solutions.
      • Implement and maintain data models, dimensional modeling for data warehousing, data marts,
      and star/snowflake schemas to support reporting and analytics.
      • Integrate data from various sources including APIs, flat files, relational databases, and cloud
      services.
      • Ensure data quality, data governance, and compliance standards are met.
      • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, errors, and pipeline failures in Snowflake and
      associated tools.
      • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of data solutions in development and production environments.

    • Mandatory Skills Description:

      • 5+ years of experience
      • Strong proficiency in Snowflake (Snowpipe, RBAC, performance tuning).
      • Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
      • Skills in optimizing SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
      • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and techniques, including Snowpipe, AWS Glue, openflow, fivetran
      or similar tools for real-time and periodic data processing.
      • Proficiency in transforming data within Snowflake using SQL, with Python being a plus.
      • Strong understanding of data security, compliance and governance.
      • Experience with DBT for database object modeling and provisioning.
      • Experience in version control tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
      • Good documentation and coaching practice.

      The project provides a set of APIs, image and text recognition libraries, and other tools for automation testing of ECUs, especially automotive headunit and digital cluster. It provides a black box environment, which allows testing of automotive headunit without making any change to the headunit's software. In other words, no hook is needed.
      Team is divided in 2 locations: Ukraine and Detroit

    • Responsibilities:

      Design separate components, modules, classes, database tables etc.
      • Code, debug, document, and maintain portions of software.
      • Perform unit and integration testing.
      • Participate in peer code and design reviews.
      • Participate in estimation and planning sessions.
      • Contribute to development of technical project documentation and user documentation.
