• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Maintain candidate database in CRM and keep candidate information up to date.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in both English and Ukrainian.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
