We are looking for a talented and business-oriented Technical IT Project Manager to join our growing PMO team.
This is a proactive hiring role - we are building a strong pipeline of PMs to quickly engage in upcoming projects with European and UK-based clients. You will have the opportunity to lead projects from early discovery stages and take full ownership of delivery and client relationships.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management (service companies preferred)
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software development processes
- Proven experience in Discovery phases.
- Experience managing 2–4 projects simultaneously
- Experience working directly with C-level stakeholders
- Strong skills in writing technical requirements and documentation
- Understanding of project risk management processes
- Experience managing fixed-price (fixed-bid) projects
- Understanding of unit economics (rate, utilization, margin)
- Proficiency with JIRA
- At least Upper-Intermediate+ English (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Experience with big budget projects ($50,000+)
- Experience in pre-sales activities (estimations, client presentations)
- Background in development or QA
- Experience in GovTech / Defence, FinTech, or EdTech domains
- Familiarity with UX/UI processes and tools like Figma
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships as a single point of contact
- Lead Discovery phases (workshops, requirements elicitation, WBS)
- Make independent decisions regarding scope, timeline, and resources
- Manage project P&L (margin, team utilization)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, QA, UX/UI)
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders (Head of PMO / CEO)
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand project scope
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all project stages
