    What you need to do:

    β€’ Develop and implement product strategy;
    β€’ Conduct market and industry researches, assess market competition to make required adjustments to the product;
    β€’ Analyze customers current experience with the product, collect and analyze data to understand the customer base, their profile and motivations within the product and act on same;
    β€’ Understand sports betting customer needs and anticipate their future needs;
    β€’ Understand customer behavior and business drivers, develop product strategy and a product delivery roadmap, set timelines and product benchmarks, which aims to deliver on the key business strategy and goals;
    β€’ Set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities based on the analysis performed and convert expectations to business requirements;
    β€’ Define key metrics for measuring product success;
    β€’ Ensure good operations by setting regular oversite;
    β€’ Lead continuous improvement process and be an advocate for user experience and a promoter of customer experience-driven design for all touchpoints onsite measured by customer engagement metrics, increasing conversion and revenue.

     

    What hard skills do you need to have:

     Experience in Product Management 2+ years in Gaming / Betting industry;

    As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in crafting and optimizing our software solutions, collaborating with multiple teams, and contributing to the evolution of our industry-leading products. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys building scalable systems and contributing to infrastructure automation using DevOps practices.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEER

    • Contribute to the development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
    • Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to help grow technical capabilities across the team.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and ensure that technical solutions meet the business’s needs.
    • Design, deploy, and automate infrastructure solutions like Apache Kafka, Kong, and Hashicorp Vault in highly available and scalable environments such as Kubernetes.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and cost efficiency of our infrastructure.
    • Apply DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies to streamline application and cloud resource deployment processes.

       

    WHAT YOU`LL BRING

    • 4+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with experience in C# and .NET Core.
    • Experience working with distributed systems and microservice architecture, building scalable and resilient solutions.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for software applications, with an ability to diagnose and resolve issues in complex distributed environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
    • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern deployment strategies (e.g., canary and blue-green deployments).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and experience working with Kafka, Kong, or Vault would be a strong asset.
    • Understanding of GitOps methodologies for managing and automating infrastructure and application deployments is highly desirable.
    • Experience in logging, metrics, and dashboard creation using tools like DataDog and the ELK Stack would be a plus.

    Role Mission: 

    We are looking for a strong Machine Learning Engineer who can build and improve ML models used in our product. Most of the tasks are related to computer vision and image processing. You will work on both common tasks like segmentation, detection, and classification, as well as more complex problems involving Diffusion Models, LLMs, VLMs, and other custom tasks without ready-made solutions.

    You should be able to work independently, move fast, and quickly test new ideas.

    • Build and improve ML models, mostly for computer vision tasks.
    • Handle the full ML process: collect and prepare data, train and test models, and improve them step by step.
    • Work on both standard and new types of problems.
    • Create fast prototypes and help turn successful ones into real products.
    • Work closely with other teams to bring your models into the product.

    • 3+ years of real-world experience with ML, including at least 2 years in computer vision.
    • Good understanding of how to build ML systems from start to finish.
    • Hands-on experience with one or more of these: object detection, segmentation, img2img, generative networks.
